Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s services.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fresher to 6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT sector.
• Strong understanding of IT services, solutions, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
